You will drive throughput, quality, and staff engagement while coordinating budgeting and cost containment. The position requires a BSN, Virginia RN licensure, and 2+ years in clinical nursing, with de-escalation

Qualifications

• Graduate of school of professional nursing; BSN required.
• At least 2 years in a clinical nursing role.
• Licensed RN in Virginia; de-escalation training within 4 months; life support required (AHA BLS-HCP).
• Promotes a respectful, inclusive culture of service excellence.
• BSN within 18 months of hire/transfer for non-magnet facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour operational leadership for nursing units and align with organizational goals.
