Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking a Nursing Professional Development Specialist for the General ICU. The role supports staff development, serves as a clinical resource, and mentors nurses to advance from beginner to expert status.

Requires a BSN and RN licensure in VA, with BLS/ACLS/PALS. A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience is expected. Full-time days, Hospital-based position in Norfolk, VA.

Qualifications

• MSN required or strongly preferred.
• RN license active in Virginia (Required).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant nursing experience.
