Job summary

Saint Francis Health System is hiring a Nurse Technician for the Cardiovascular ICU in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The nurse technician provides patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, performs ADL assistance, and supports unit operations.

The role requires completion of a nurse technician program or CNA program, with CPR certification due within 30 days of hire. Hours are nights, 7p-7a, with variable weekends and includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of the Saint Francis Hospital Nurse Technician Training Program or completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
• CPR Certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Perform procedural tasks and assist with ADLs.
• Document data, I&O, vital signs, and other data accurately.
• Observe and report patient condition to licensed nurse in a timely manner.
• Transport patients, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Participate in mandatory in-services and unit education.
