Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care to an assigned group of patients.
• Performs procedural tasks and assists with ADL.
• Observes and reports patient's condition to licensed nurse.
• Records data and treatments legibly and accurately.
• Transports patients, food, supplies and equipment as necessary.
