Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED; completion of Saint Francis Hospital Nurse Technician Training Program or completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• 0–6 months related health care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care to an assigned group of patients under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Document data and vital signs accurately.
• Transport patients, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Perform environmental and unit duties to maintain a clean and safe patient area.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and report patient needs promptly.
