Job summary

Methodist Hospital in Texas is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across the unit during the designated shift. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, oversee nursing care, mentor staff, and model the organization’s values to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

The role requires a nursing degree, at least 1 year RN experience, and TX RN licensure; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree in nursing
• BSN preferred
• Minimum of 1 year working as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• 3 years of RN experience in an ICU setting preferred
• Current Texas licensure as a Registered Nurse required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Lead in a way that inspires commitment to the organization’s vision, mission and values.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management according to patient care needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and safety rules.
