Job summary

Methodist Hospital in Texas seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all unit functions during the designated shift. You will collaborate with management and staff to direct nursing care and model the organization’s mission and values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.

The CNC will lead in policy-based nursing practice, assist with staff scheduling, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
• 2-5 years of ICU experience as a licensed Registered Nurse preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse License in Texas or Multi-State Compact License (Texas license within 90 days).
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Leads in a way that inspires commitment to the organization's mission and values.
• Manages staff scheduling and supervision to meet patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
