Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate's, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas (or Multi-State Compact) with Texas license within 90 days of hire.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Leads in a way that inspires commitment to the organization's vision/values.
• Represents the organization positively within the community; participates in company-supported events and in-services.
• Assists with staff scheduling and labor management according to patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
