Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. is seeking an experienced RN leader to manage clinical operations and nurse staffing in a 772-bed acute care setting.

You will mentor nursing teams, ensure evidence-based patient care, and oversee resource allocation while upholding I CARE values and patient safety.

Licensed RNs with 2–5 years of experience and BLS/CPR certification are required; a BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Two to five years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Florida RN license is required; multistate compact licensure accepted.
• BLS/CPR certification required; other life support may be required by the work area.

Responsibilities

• Clinical and personnel management in patient care.
• Efficient and cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Leads, mentors, and supervises RN/Clinical Nurse NAC, RN/Flex Staff Nurse NAC, LPN NAC, and PCA.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans and progress toward outcomes.
• Uses evidence-based practices and information technologies to relieve pain and alleviate anxiety.
• Implements new nursing practice changes based on evidence.
• Supports ongoing unit-based competencies and ethical practice.
• Upholds patient rights, dignity, and safety; embodies I CARE values.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
