Job summary

Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care and collaborate with the healthcare team in a 772-bed hospital. You will apply the nursing process, coordinate care, and mentor junior staff within a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• RN licensure in Florida required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and delegate care in a safe, secure environment.
• Provide care using the nursing process in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Mentor and model professional behavior for the healthcare team.
• Ensure patient rights, dignity, values, confidentiality, and needs are respected.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and information systems to relieve pain and anxiety.
• Follow Florida Nurse Practice Act and TMH policies and procedures.
