Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2–5 years experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Florida RN license; BLS/CPR certification; other life support requirements as designated.

Responsibilities

• Clinical and personnel management in addition to patient care.
• Efficient and cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Leads, mentors, and supervises nursing staff.
• Develops care plans, validates diagnoses, and evaluates outcomes.
• Uses evidence-based practices and information technologies to improve comfort and reduce pain.
• Implements new nursing practice changes based on evidence.
• Supports unit-based competencies and ensures patient rights and ethics.
• Maintains I CARE values and a safe environment.
• Performs other duties.
