The ANM will provide managerial presence, coach staff, and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care aligned with nursing standards and policies.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN and WA RN license, with BLS certification upon hire. Leadership experience preferred; hospital setting experience valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) and RN license in WA.
• BLS certification required upon hire from American Heart Association.
