Job summary

Providence is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) in Seattle to support the unit director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services. You will manage clinical and non-clinical caregivers and provide input on performance to the director/manager, ensuring high-quality patient care across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree graduate from School of Nursing (BS, or BSN). Registered Nurses employed in this role prior to November 1, 2024 are encouraged to pursue the BSN degree but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment.
• Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
