Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a closely related field is required.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates, and evaluates ICU nursing care delivery per standards.
• Uses evidence-based practices to guide clinical decisions and improve outcomes.
• Engages staff in risk mitigation and quality improvement to enhance safety.
• Analyzes data to identify trends and implement improvements.
• Leads rollout of action plans and accountability measures to achieve objectives.
• Monitors performance metrics and implements improvement initiatives.
• Manages daily operations, staffing, and scheduling in the ICU.
• Conducts patient case reviews and ensures safe, compassionate care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
