HCA Florida Sarasota Doctors Hospital is seeking a Critical Care Nurse Manager to lead ICU teams and ensure safe, high-quality patient care around the clock. You will drive nursing practice standards and coordinate with physicians, patients, and staff to support optimal outcomes.

You will develop and implement programs to measure and improve the quality of care, patient safety, and service excellence across units, while ensuring hospital-wide collaboration and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Must be licensed as an RN per state regulations.
• Nursing diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS
• ACLS within 6 months of hire or transfer
• Experience in an acute care setting strongly preferred
• Strong critical thinking, service excellence and interpersonal skills

• Provide leadership for safe, high-quality patient care on a 24-hour basis.
• Ensure nursing practice standards meet legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain continuity of care through interdisciplinary teamwork.
