UF Health Spanish Plaines Hospital in Central Florida is seeking a Nurse Manager for the ICU with 3–5 years of ICU leadership experience. The NM oversees the daily operations of the ICU, coaches staff, ensures high-quality care, and collaborates with directors to optimize resources and patient outcomes.

The role requires a Florida Nursing License, a Bachelor’s degree, and a preference for an advanced degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• 2+ years ICU nursing practice required.
• 3–5 years ICU leadership experience preferred.
• Florida Nursing License required.
• ACLS/BLS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the operation of the assigned ICU unit(s) to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Coach, motivate, and mentor a professional nursing team and manage resources.
• Ensure compliance with hospital guidelines and drive continuous improvement in patient experience.
