Hemet Global Medical Center in Santa Ana, CA seeks an ICU Clinical Nurse Manager/Educator to lead critical care nursing in the ICU. You will manage nursing staff, ensure adherence to protocols, and drive ongoing education to enhance patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates have an RN license, BSN, 3+ years in ICU, and demonstrated leadership. BLS and ACLS certifications are required; advanced degrees or CCRN/Nurse Educator credentials are a plus.

Qualificações

• RN license in good standing.
• BSN degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years ICU experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical nursing environment.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee delivery of high-quality critical care nursing in the ICU.
• Manage nursing staff and ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
• Design, implement and evaluate educational programs to improve competencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and operations.
