Bay Area Hospital District seeks an ICU/IMCU Clinical Educator to oversee clinical education, staff development, competency validation, orientation, and operational coordination within the ICU/IMCU.

You will mentor nurses and support staff, partnering with the Program Manager and unit leadership to advance evidence-based practice, regulatory readiness, patient safety, and compassionate patient- and family-centered care.

Competenze

• Must be a licensed RN in Oregon.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required or obtained within six months.
• CCRN preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical education, staff development, and competency validation.
• Coordinate orientation for new and transferring staff; collaborate with leadership to create individualized learning plans.
• Maintain education and competency records; monitor progress and provide feedback.
• Promote evidence-based practice, regulatory readiness, patient safety, and family-centered care.
• Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams to standardize practices.
