Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid California RN license.
• Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience.
• Preferred 1 year DOU/ICU experience.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, Cardiac Arrhythmia, NIHSS Stroke Scale.
• Critical Care course to be completed within 6 months.
• Electronic Medical Records experience; McKesson preferred; computer-literate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide nursing care for ICU patients.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.
• Provide leadership by working with ancillary and nursing teams.
• Assess adults and geriatric patients and monitor with ICU equipment.
