Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and indirect patient care per hospital policies.
• Monitor patient progress and document findings in EMR.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor responses per orders.
• Respond to emergencies with appropriate nursing interventions.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and staff training.
• Float to units as needed based on patient care needs.
