Qualifications

• Five years of RN hospital experience.
• Experience planning and evaluating educational programs in acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements Nurse Education programs for ICU/Stepdown.
• Onboards new staff and coordinates Nurse Residency, Preceptor and CNA workshops.
• Creates policies and procedures and validates competencies across departments.
• Collaborates with clinical leaders and manages education-related projects.
