WellSpan Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse for the Medical ICU (MICU) at our York, PA campus. The role requires leadership in patient care for critically ill medical patients on a 10-bed unit, with the ability to coordinate plans with multidisciplinary teams.

The nurse will manage direct patient care, document responses to interventions, and participate in safety and quality initiatives. ICU-specific certifications and current BLS are expected; 36-hour weeks with 7pm–7am shifts,

Qualifications

• Diploma Program Required or
• Associates Degree Required
• Bachelors Degree Nursing (BSN) Preferred
• Previous ICU experience preferred
• 1 year of RN experience required
• Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required
