Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU night shift. The role involves caring for critically ill patients in a 24-bed unit, with 72 hours biweekly schedule (630pm–7am) and a potential $30,000 sign-on bonus.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, collaborating with respiratory and physical therapy teams. Required ASN with state license; BSN preferred; ICU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN is required; BSN preferred.
• Diploma RN grandfathered remains eligible if previously issued; ASN requirement waived.
• Minimum of one year of hospital experience required; prior critical care experience preferred.
• MD state RN license or compact-state license with Maryland verification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in a fast-paced, high-acuity ICU setting.
• Ambulate intubated patients and assist with advanced life-support activities.
• Collaborate with respiratory, physical therapy, and multidisciplinary teams.
