Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Must obtain BSN within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess and address patients' psychological & physical needs.
• Foster quality of care in line with best interests of patients.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
