Job summary

Community Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU on a PRN basis. Night shifts with 12-hour length offer an opportunity to care for critically ill patients in a collaborative, high-acuity environment.

The role requires Montana RN license or Compact MT endorsement, ADN with BSN preferred, BLS on hire and ACLS within 6 months. Prior CCU experience and CCRN preferred, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license or Compact MT license with Montana endorsement.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school.
• BSN preferred.
• Certifications: BLS upon hire; ACLS within 6 months; CCRN preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of critical care experience; prior IntraAortic Balloon Pump and Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to acute changes.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments.
• Operate and monitor critical care equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Educate and support patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards.
