This PRN role requires a valid state RN license, BLS, and ICU/CCU competencies. The position offers $57.50 per hour with standard hospital benefits and potential extension based on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Active state RN license required.
• BLS certification at hire and maintained.
• Critical Care Course preferred.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS certification within 30 days of hire and maintained.
• Minimum 1 year as staff RN in acute care; CCU/ICU preferred.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide direct patient care within ICU scope and supervise patient/family teaching.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physician and monitor hemodynamics.
