Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or current RN license in good standing with a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification
• BSN required at 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients to determine care plans.
• Identify and plan outcomes based on nursing diagnoses.
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and revise plans.
• Lead process improvement and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure safety and quality as part of High Reliability Organization.
