Qualifications

• Current IL RN licensure and CPR certification.
• Minimum two years of ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS certification required.
• BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Implement and evaluate the plan of care with safety and prioritization.
• Assess patients and report changes to the health care team.
• Develop individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with team members and delegate nursing activities as appropriate.
