Mount Carmel Health System in Grove City, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for an ICU role on a full-time night shift. The 18-bed unit provides medical/surgical and cardiothoracic care, with opportunities to respond to sepsis, STEMI, and stroke alerts.

You will work in a high-stakes environment emphasizing teamwork, evidence-based practice, and patient-centered care. Qualified candidates are graduates of a nursing program with an Ohio RN license.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• Casual RNs require 2 years of experience.
• New graduates with <1 year of experience participate in Nurse Residency Program.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care and promotes patient safety per standards.
• Collaborates with patient and family to develop care plans.
• Communicates pertinent information to the care team in a timely manner.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and outcomes per policies.
• Assumes accountability for care provided by licensed and unlicensed staff.
