Beth Israel Deaconess Milton is seeking a night shift ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. You will care for ICU patients with advanced therapies and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduate of an accredited school of nursing with MA nursing license.
• Must complete individualized critical care orientation and Milton Hospital telemetry course.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Current IV skills preferred with competency within six months of hire.
• At least two years medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Telemetry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care utilizing the nursing process in ICU.
• Systematically assess health status of patients.
• Analyze and interpret data to inform nursing judgments.
• Plan, implement and coordinate nursing interventions.
• Evaluate and revise plan of care; document nursing process clearly.
• Communicate nursing plan effectively with the team.
