Job summary
Beth Israel Deaconess Milton is seeking a night shift ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic critical care team. You will provide compassionate, specialized care for post‑operative and medically complex patients, using advanced monitoring and therapies.
A strong interdisciplinary collaboration ensures care plans reflect our mission of dignity and respect. Required MA RN licensure, BLS and ACLS, IV competency within six months, and 2+ years in medical‑surgical or telemetry settings.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Massachusetts RN licensure required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- IV skills with competency within six months of hire.
- Two years medical-surgical experience preferred.
- Telemetry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care for ICU patients.
- Perform nursing assessments, develop and revise care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement interventions and monitor outcomes.
- Document nursing process clearly and concisely.
- Communicate nursing plan effectively.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during night shift.
