Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL, seeks an experienced ICU Nurse on the night shift (7p-7a) to provide comprehensive intensive care to critically ill patients. The role involves monitoring patients on complex devices, administering IV therapies, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care.

The ideal candidate holds a current Florida nursing license, with BSN preferred and CCRN certification desired.

Qualifications

• Current FL Nursing License.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• BSN preferred; CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document patients on external and transvenous pacemakers and critical care equipment.
• Administer intravenous therapies and medications per policy.
• Perform initial admission assessments and develop interdisciplinary care plans.
• Provide patient and family education and daily care plan updates.
• Ensure safety through aseptic technique, restraints as needed, and infection control.
