Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU on the Weekender shift. This role provides direct clinical patient care in a fast-paced unit and requires strong critical care skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed or eligible to practice as required in Texas.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience for PRN status; acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe, cost-effective nursing care on the ICU unit.
• Coordinate patient care based on the nursing process and supervise staff as directed.
• Administer medications safely per hospital policy and participate in emergency response.
• Maintain knowledge of hospital emergency codes and infection control protocols.
