Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• RN licensure, BCLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and reports changes to the care team.
• Administers medications and monitors for adverse effects, documenting accordingly.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency; participates in care planning.
• Collaborates with health-care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Responds to emergencies and participates in CPR/code team activities as needed.
• Educates patients and families about conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Adheres to infection control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
