Qualifikationen

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Basic Arrhythmia interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients, with detailed assessments and care plans.
• Use ICU equipment (cardiac monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps) to monitor and treat patients.
• Administer medicines and IV fluids with precise dosing and timing.
• Manage life-support devices and support families with education and communication.
• Document care and maintain infection control and safety protocols.
