Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Exeter Hospital ICU on a part-time night shift (24 hours/week). The role focuses on high-quality patient care in a 10-bed ICU with a 2:1 or 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.

A sign-on bonus is eligible and comprehensive benefits start on day one. Responsibilities include med administration, care coordination, documentation, mentoring, and patient-family education.

Qualifications

• RN license – NH state or compact RN license.
• BCLS certification (or within 30 days of hire); ACLS certification (or within 1 year).
• BSN strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in ICU.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Documentation accurate, timely and compliant with policies.
• Mentor and precept new employees; lead education sessions.
• Assess patient condition and plan individualized care.
• Educate patients and families; discharge planning.
