Beth Israel Lahey Health in Exeter, NH, is hiring for a 36-hour Night Nurse role from 7 pm to 7:30 am with an every-other-weekend/holiday rotation. A $10,000 signing bonus accompanies this night-shift opportunity that supports patient care with standard nursing practices and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The position requires NH RN licensure (compact accepted), BCLS and ACLS certification, and a BSN is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license in NH or a valid multi-state compact license.
• BCLS certification at hire or within 30 days.
• ACLS certification within 1 year of hire.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care on assigned unit.
• Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.
• Safely administer medications and IV therapy; document accurately.
• Mentor new staff and support ongoing education.
• Assess patients, prioritize care, and participate in discharge planning.
• Document education and patient responses clearly and timely.
