Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL, seeks an experienced ICU nurse for night shift (7p-7a) to monitor and care for critically ill patients requiring complex therapies. Responsibilities include hemodynamic assessment, ventilator management, drips, IABP/CRRT, and comprehensive documentation.

Candidate must hold an active Florida RN license and ACLS/BLS certification, with BSN preferred. The role emphasizes high-quality care, collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and patient/family

Qualifications

• Current FL Nursing License and BLS/ACLS required.
• 1 year RN experience in ICU or critical care.
• BSN preferred; CCRN certification encouraged.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and evaluate ICU patients on external/transvenous pacemakers and critical care drips.
• Document hemodynamic status and use of critical care equipment.
• Administer medications and IV therapy within policy; ensure timely charting.
• Provide pre/post operative care and patient/family education.
• Ensure safety in patient handling, transfers, and use of restraints per policy.
