Mount Sinai Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU on a night shift in Miami Beach. The role involves monitoring critically ill patients, managing ventilators, sedation, and complex hemodynamic support.

A strong emphasis is placed on timely assessments, interdisciplinary planning, and patient education. You will work in a high-acuity environment with experienced staff, requiring a valid Florida nursing license, BLS, ACLS, and at least 1 year of RN experience in an ICU setting.

Qualifications

• Current FL Nursing License and BLS/ACLS certifications are required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; CCRN preferred.
• Experience: Level II RN with a minimum of 1 year RN experience.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; licensure compliant with state requirements.

Responsabilités

• ICU responsibilities include monitoring patients with external/transvenous pacemakers and critical drips.
• Monitor and document hemodynamic status and use of ICU equipment (IABP, CRRT, Ventilator, CCPs).
• Perform admission assessments, plan interdisciplinary care within eight hours of admission.
• Administer medications and IV therapies, ensure timely dosing and patient safety.
