Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Current Nevada RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certificates required.
• 6 months ICU experience; 2 years ICU preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments of critically ill patients and develop care plans.
• Administer medications including IV drips and emergency meds.
• Communicate with the healthcare team during rounds and handoffs.
• Document care and patient responses in the EHR.
• Prioritize care based on acuity and unit needs.
