Job summary

Sierra Medical Center, part of Northern Nevada Health System, is hiring an ICU Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift. You will deliver safe, high-quality care to critically ill patients and provide professional leadership to the care team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program and hold an active NV nursing license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience in acute care or ICU settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care for ICU patients in accordance with policies and standards.
• Lead and support the healthcare team to ensure patient-centered care.
• Perform and coordinate care plans, including discharge planning and follow-up.
• Conduct hourly rounds to improve safety, communication, and patient comfort.
