• Round on long-stay patients and monitor for deterioration.
• Stage resuscitation bay and manage airway, meds.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with state/federal rules.
• Monitor Fall Prevention and patient reactions in real time.
• Triage incoming patients and prioritize cases by acuity.
• Document skin, falls, and restraint checks per CA intervals.
• Draw labs, run point-of-care tests and flag abnormal results.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
