MEDEX STAFFING NETWORK LLC in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join an ICU/LTAC team on a 13-week local contract. Night shift.

Deliver direct patient care to critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment while benefiting from contract flexibility and competitive compensation. Qualifications

• Proven ICU or LTAC nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking in high-acuity environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in ICU/LTAC settings for critically ill patients.
• Monitor vital signs and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per orders.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and case managers.
• Operate and troubleshoot critical care equipment including ventilators and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Document patient records in compliance with standards.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge.
