Job summary

Fruit Street Health is seeking experienced Critical Care Medicine Advisors to guide the development of digital health solutions, remote patient monitoring, and AI initiatives.

You will provide clinical and operational guidance, review product concepts, and share insights on ICU workflows, telemedicine, and hospital-to-home transitions.

Commitment is approximately 1–2 hours per month, with the aim of influencing product strategy and expanding evidence-based care nationwide.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Critical Care Medicine practice experience.
• Board certification in Critical Care Medicine or related field preferred.
• Experience in critical care, hospital medicine, sepsis management, mechanical ventilation, tele-ICU, remote monitoring, or healthcare innovation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and strategic guidance on digital health initiatives related to critical care, remote patient monitoring, and AI applications.
• Review new product concepts, clinical features, and remote monitoring strategies for clinical accuracy and safety.
• Participate in periodic advisory meetings and provide practical recommendations based on your clinical and leadership experience.
• Contribute to product strategy and clinical innovation to improve patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency.
