Fruit Street Health is seeking experienced pulmonologists to serve as Pulmonology Advisors. This opportunity is ideal for physicians with expertise in pulmonary medicine, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, sleep-related breathing disorders, critical care, lung cancer screening, remote patient monitoring, digital therapeutics, healthcare AI, or healthcare innovation.

As a Pulmonology Advisor, you will provide clinical, operational, and strategic guidance to help shape Fruit Street Health's digital health platform, virtual care programs, remote monitoring initiatives, and AI-enabled clinical solutions. This flexible, remote advisory opportunity is designed for pulmonologists who are passionate about improving respiratory care, expanding access to specialty care, reducing hospitalizations, and advancing innovation through digital health.

• Provide clinical and strategic guidance on virtual pulmonary care, COPD, asthma management, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, lung cancer screening, sleep-related breathing disorders, remote patient monitoring, healthcare AI, and digital health initiatives.
• Advise on the design and optimization of digital care pathways, telemedicine workflows, patient engagement strategies, remote monitoring protocols, and evidence-based respiratory disease management programs.
• Support product development by providing feedback on clinical workflows, physician usability, patient experience, quality improvement initiatives, and technology adoption.
• Share subject matter expertise regarding pulmonary care delivery, clinical guidelines, healthcare technology implementation, value-based care, and evolving trends in respiratory medicine.
• Participate in periodic advisory meetings and contribute practical recommendations based on your clinical expertise and real-world experience.
• MD or DO with experience practicing pulmonary medicine.
• Board certification or board eligibility in Pulmonary Disease preferred.
• Experience in COPD, asthma, critical care, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary hypertension, sleep medicine, remote patient monitoring, digital health, healthcare AI, telemedicine, healthcare innovation, or clinical leadership preferred.
• Strong understanding of pulmonary care pathways, chronic disease management, virtual care delivery, patient engagement, and technology adoption within respiratory medicine.
• Ability to commit approximately 1-2 hours per month to advisory board participation and strategic advisory activities.
