Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's degree in Nursing or Health Administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and quality of care.
• Monitor patient care activities to maintain quality and safety.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
• Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and performance evaluations.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, audits, and compliance efforts.
• Oversee documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and interventions in electronic health records.
