Endeavor Health in Chicago, IL is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager for ICU/IMCU. The role is full-time, with day shifts, and requires flexibility for weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

You will lead nursing staff, ensure adherence to clinical protocols, mentor RNs/LPNs/CNAs, coordinate staffing, and drive quality improvements while managing budgets and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Health Administration preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing with at least 3 years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Current RN licensure in Illinois; BLS certification; NIHSS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety standards.
• Monitor patient care activities to maintain quality and safety.
• Supervise RN, LPN, and CNA staff and coordinate staffing and evaluations.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee accurate documentation in electronic health records and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
