Nurses may float between Rancho Springs Hospital and Inland Valley Hospital to meet operational needs, with orientation and competency validation provided. The RN will provide patient-centered care, assess needs, manage pain and invasive devices, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a highly safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ICU experience preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessments, treatment and care on assigned units.
• Manage pain, invasive lines and surgical drains.
• Collaborate with the care team and follow hospital policies.
