Southwesthealthcare is seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse for its facilities in Murrieta and Wildomar, California. Provides patient care in the ICU Departments at both Southwest Healthcare facilities located in Murrieta, California (Rancho Springs Hospital) and Wildomar, California (Inland Valley Hospital). Role includes assessing, treating, and caring for patients across the continuum of care, managing pain, invasive lines, surgical drains, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies. Staff Registered Nurses serve as part of a collaborative and comprehensive care team and demonstrate behaviors that reflect the core values of Southwest Healthcare.
Employees will be required to float between the two facilities based on operational needs, with appropriate orientation and competency validation provided.
