Qualifications

• Minimum nine (9) months of RN experience.
• Minimum two (2) years recent ICU nursing experience.
• NIH Stroke Scale certificate within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-system patient assessments and identify deviations from normal.
• Develop and coordinate nursing care plans with the health care team.
• Initiate appropriate measures under physician's guidance.
